There are many types of ab exercises and I would say the best on to start with would be crunches. Do them very slowly
and if you have access to a gym, do them on a decline. TRy and aim for 10 reps when you can do ten, move it up to 12 .
After a few weeks you might want to increase the decline.
Another good way is on an exercise ball.
But remember if you do them too fast they don't benefit.
