I was wondering who is responsible for the development of this web site and what are there credentials concerning excercise relatied sciences/fitness just wondering where I'm getting my Exerciese advice from.

I gotta be patriotic to my own country now .. LoL .. not that it isn't true. I have been doing the exercise program for a month now and I absolutely love it. Its been so little time and i have seen or rather, felt results.

A lot of it is common sense. Like, don't eat loads of chocolat - cos you'll get fat. Have rest days or you'll injure yourself, etc. so you could probably decide for yourself alot of what you may be unsure about.
