My daily intake for protein is 186 grams and carbohydrates 522 grams. If I don't get this every day, what will happen? I'm not sure that I get this amount every day because 186 grams of protein is a lot and is pretty hard to get. Right now I eat meat as much as I can and I eat a MetRx 34 g protein bar every day. Can anybody recommend some ideas on how I can keep up with how much I have to take in each day?

Where did you get these numbers from?

Are you trying to lose, maintain or gain? The protein is very important, but the carbs are usually adjustable. 522 sounds like a lot unless you are trying to gain. Are these the numbers that FT gave you? One bar a day is ok, but try to get the rest from real food and maybe a protein drink post-workout.

Sorry, I forgot to include that I got these numbers from FT. I am doing the progressive gain because I am trying to gain lean muscle. Ok, thanks a lot... I'll try to keep up on that protein. =)
