I submitted my monday workout.then went to the monit progress page where you click on a muscle and it gives you feed back.Does it take a little while after you submit your progress before it gives you feedback?Im new at this ,just tryin to learn the ropes..looks like a great program!!!
I too am confused about these charts. I am almost done my second week and do not see any change in the charts. I am reading into wrong? I assumed it would show progress.
i see now..it shows progress if you up your weight your lifting,my third week i was able to up the lbs...and it shows changes on my progress chart now...
