people alwas sae tat when u do an workout . . .for example a dumbell fly . . . u mus start frm smaller weight den u slowly increase . . .is it true ? wat if i jus do a heavier weight for all the sets . . .

yep...ALWAYS do warm up sets...it's vital...lifting is for life....where do u see yourself 30 years from now in your lifting aspirations? what about 40? 50? 60+?..yes u can lift into very old age...and if u do it smart u can keep yourself young longer doing so...
