I'm 28 year old guy weighing around 120 lbs and about 5 ft 3 inches tall.I've been working my ABS for the past 1 year .I do my cardio almost everyday for about 15-20 min and do my AB routines(crunches, raises) 3-4 times a week.
When I started exercises, I saw quite good results in 8-10 months. I reduced my weight from 140 lbs to 120 lbs.
But there is small amount of fat around my waist which doesnt seem to reduce.Though it doesn't show up(may be because I'm not tall), I do want to get rid of this quickly.
I'm trying my best with my exercises and also watch the food I eat. Please let me know what should I do to achieve my goals.

Keep up the good exercise routine that you are presently doing, but you cannot spot reduce.If your diet is really clean, try adding in resistance training, the 3 (cardio, resistance training, diet) work really hand in hand.
This should bring the results you want to see.

Thanks for your reply. I had few questions about my diet.
I'm from a Asian origin and I do not consume egg or meat.
I mostly eat cereals(cheerios,corn flakes etc) for breakfast,Rice with some curry for lunch,
Consume baby carrots,cereal bars,apples and orange juice for snacks.
I mostly take wheat item(roti,chapathi) with a indian curry for dinner. I have coffee and tea atleast once a day.
I usually stay away from oily stuff,sweets, pizza etc and might take them once in two/three weeks.Is this is a normal diet.My weight is absolutely normal, but I want to know if this is a good diet for achieving a nice Abdominals.
