I've just finished the first week for my ab work out using TheFirm ab scuplture tape. I was wondering if its a good idea to do ab work outs 5 days in a row like they suggest or take breaks.
Take breaks... your abs are a muscle and need some rest to recover. Again this question was probably answered or at least noted in other posts several times.. try doing a search on abs and you'll probably find all the info you would want to know about them. Everyday for 5 days seems like too much too. I work mine about two or three times a week and think their doing just fine with that.
