Hello! I've been trying to do my workout differently since reading some posts on here by bb1fit about doing resistance training before cardio. Well, I 've been doing it that way this week and today I did my lower body first then some ab work on the floor followed by 40 minutes of running on my treadmill. Now does it matter how I fit in the ab work? Or is it best to do it after resistance training and before cardio or after cardio? Please inform me about this.
