Welp according to my trainer at my gym im like some kind of *alien* cause no matter how much i work my abs I just cant get any soreness in them the day after, (unlike chest, bis, tris, etc...) and trust me I work em out like nuts, they are so weak once i get home that i can barely do 1 sit up or anything... I dont cheat when i do them and i keep perfect form and yes I am seeing results...
2 questions:
1- Am I the only one that doesnt get any soreness in the abs?
2- My trainer told me that if Im not sore then I can go ahead and work em out again...Basically in my case I could do them everyday, does this sound right? Should I go ahead and workout my abs everyday to see results faster?
Thx
Dan

Hey..
How long have you been training abs for? Because you may have built up the muscle tissue to resist soreness the next day.. otherwise it is surprising.. but good!
I would train abs every other day.. cause even though you are not sore that does NOT mean that they have fully recovered.. (eg tearing and repairing / growth of new muscle fibres)

You know, I thought I was the only one without sore abs. No matter how hard I work on them, I always assume it will hurt the next day. No muscle soreness at all. All though your abs are not sore, don't let that decieve you...don't work them everyday.....they're like every other muscle...they need time to heal and recover...By the way, this is my 6th week hitting the gym since my break of 7 months and I didn't realized it until my girlfriend mentioned (this past weekend) that my abs are now noticeable again...coolness! :)
