Looking for some new ways to work the abs with weight resistance, i've seen the exercises here and on abc site but i havne't been able to find any that i like. I've seen people doing ab exercises on pulley machine at the gym, was wondering if anybody knew any of these exercises thanks

I got those, thats when you lie on the bench and hook the ropes to the lower pulley..right? and the one that works the lower abs when you hook the rope to the upper pulley and bend at your knees

Thats one way, another way is on the floor.

Attach a two handed rope to the upper pulley,
Get on your knees, hold the rope with two hands in front of you, and do the crunch towards the floor. Come up slowly.
Sorry, but I have a hard time explaining exercise in writing.

Do you have to have pro to access that description, because the link keeps taking me to the home log in page.

Justin go to health resources, then click fitness resources, then click abs and obliqies. Scroll down to "specific exercises" All the FT ab exercises are there with pix and descriptions.

BB1 posted this link a while back I think.

http://www.steelfitness.com/beta/training/manabs/abmain.htm

It was pretty good.
