I found in an article the following excersises for my abs. They look good because they dont put much pressure on your lower back like the standard situps do, according to the article.:love:
Only problem, i have no idea what and where i can find information about these excersises:
1 curl ups
2 bird dogs.
3 side bridges ( i know this one)
