any of u guyz know what's the best excercise that gives u a v shaped back?I heard wide grip pulldowns works.but i just want to be sure if i should add extra sets in my back workout?
The very besst thing is chins(pullups) from all different hand postitions. Pulldowns by themselves are ok, but you are missing out on real growth. Resist the negative for the best developement and burn.
