Hello, this will be my first post so it might not be the best question out there. I currently weigh 212 and would like to get down to 180. I am currently doing push-ups and sit-ups in the morning and at night I'll alternate days between running/jogging for 30min and walking for an hour. I was wondering whether I was on the right track and if I'm not, if someone could give me some pointers. Thanks.

Great start, but you must also adjust your diet. Please do your profile and you will get many more replies with good info. Welcome to freetrainers.
