I know I ask a lot of questions, but I just need to get things right once I decide to jump in. When an exercize is listed for individual sides, such as w/ dumbells, does the weight refer to both sides together, or just one? Also, the same question for the reps. I am currently inputting both sides for presses done together, and individually for the curls. One last thing, somehow my info for day 4 was already set (at weights and reps too high for me)??? Mayube I should start over?

For exercises for individual sides - you can enter the weight of each dumbell or both together, just be consistent.
For reps for individual side exercises - if it says to do a dumbbell curl (for example) for 12 reps, do 12 reps for EACH arm.
The info already being entered thing is a glitch, I dunno how to fix it...

I was afraid someone was gonna tell me to count each arm(just kidding). WOW the beginner workout is more intense than what I was doing on my own! Cool!

Thanks for the help.

I'm just starting my exercise program and I'm not sure how much weight to begin with. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It's really just trial and error. I would start off light to ensure proper form.
