i am 14 years old. i am around 5'4 - 5'5 in height. I weigh around 135. I have gaind about 10 poundz. I use to have have bad eating habbits because I thought I was so fat even tho everyone always told me I was perfect. I would eat normally one day. Maybe a day or two I would eat nothing. And then I would eat and then throw up.When I wake up in the morning and look at myself I feel fine. But after I eat breakfast and I look again I see a fat person and I want to cry.How do I make this go away? How do I eat with out feeling fat? How do I not be fat? How do I be healthy? Im scared.:(

Stop the throw up & not eating - that will only make your body hang on to the fat you have - you aren't that fat (just alittle)
Now start looking at food & think about what it will do - cut out the fast food & over process food - who cooks? start helping & learn how to do it right - Talk with your mom (I'm assuming she is the cook) about your wieght & let her know that you want to lose & you want to do it right.
Next start execrising - are you in sports? if not you can still go to the track or walk around your block at home. If you have a friend that lives near you - get her to help & go walking with you (or get your mom or dad even)

Talk to your parents - you'll be surprised - most kids don't really talk to them. show them what you are looking at & ask them their opinions. Parent usually love to help their kids anyway they can & getting them to help will do you alot of good since they are the ones that keep the house stock with food

You may have an eating disorder. Talk to a doctor, a nutritionist, or even a psychologist (I'd recommend a psychologist along with a doctor or nuritionist...They're better able to detect addictive patterns).
Don't be afraid to tell them about throwing up, or not eating for a day... They're here to help you. Please go and talk to one of them.
Hope this helps!
