Ok heres the thing. I am a 6' tall running back thats in need of a good plan to help me get back into shape and to get me eating right so I can accelerate my weight loss.
I have been out of training for 3 years, with a little off and on in between. I haven't gained alot of weight and my metabolism is still really good and really fast. I currently do not eat completly correct and I am open to eating whatever I need to get into shape. I drink right though. I drink lots and lots of water and I drink green tea.
Atm I am about to start taking Thermo Burst and Mega Man sport to help with more metabolism and I will also start running and swimming with light work out. I am tryin to scale down a bit before I begin Building a little bit of muscle. I am currently 230 but I can drop that down to 210 in about a month of excercising. I want to be about 210-220 for playing weight.
I will start taking whey protein when I really begin my weight lifting. I have a very good idea of what to eat for more protein and carbos but please add anything else I can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am only askin cause I want a huge variety plus there mgiht be somethings out there that I dont already know about that would be good. Thx for the help hope to get some info return soon.
Also Is soy Milk a good substitute for skim milk? or is it pretty much the same?
What are some names of some good whole grain cereals? What can I put over the cereal? Can I have flavored whole grain Oatmeal or regular whole grain oatmeal? Whats good to have for lunch? After Protein in the morning when is best time after that to take protein?
If I don't want to get too big, how long should I take protein?
Ok last question sounded stupid sorry bout that but if i stop taking protein will I drop alot of what I gained?
I wont completly drop protein cause I will still eat alot of meat. I generally meant to say would it be bad to stop takin it once I start lookin about the size I wan't?
