Are there any products available to help me add weight to weighted hanging leg-hip raises, or do I have to make something? I can't go higher than a 45 lb dumbbell, and even then I drop it ever other repitition.
If there is something for that, should I buy it or wait until I can keep the dumbbell held in my feet?
The squat rack in my apartment complex's gym is missing the horizontal safety bars. Do I have to figure out whoever it is they bought the equipment from to get replacements, or does anyone know a place online?

Find out the manufacturer/make/model/etc....then try to either buy the bars separately from manufacturer or look for them at used stores(play it again sports)....etc..
Well there are different things to attach weight to yourself...not sure about leg raises...generally you can use a chain belt(belt with a chain...lol)...that u can attach weight with for dips and pull ups...
Another option is loading pin(a metalic rod with metal soldered over the top )and a carabiner....I guess u can make a minibelt around your ankles and hook the carabiner/loading pin to that to do hanging leg raises...
