okay well ive been reading stuff on the boards for awhile now and have made an ft program for myself that consits of working everything in the same day and i wprlpit anpit 5 times a week, now my questions are:
1. should i continue working out everything in the same day or break it up for doing certain things on certain days
2. how important is cardio to do because im not really looking to loose weight, im trying to gain it through muscle, so should i still do cardio anyway?
3. now i usually dont get out much and i am white as ever and am looking to get a tan without going to an actually tanning place, so is it best to wear sunblock while trying to get a tan and is it better to use stronger stuff or not so strong stuff
