Hey im 14 and am stuck on the last 10 pounds of my diet.
Im 5'10 and weigh 140 pounds
I used to be 5'8 and weigh 165, so overall im very happy with my loss.

But I set a goal a few months ago, and want to reach it.
Can anyone give some good tips, that really work the body, and can help shake these last 10 pounds?

whats your diet currently like and how often do you exercise?

are you a guy or a girl?...I hope you are girl.

Sometime eating a little more for a few days can kick start the weight loss again.

Are you doing any interval training for cardio? Look up HIIT if you are not.
