I am in a weight loss pool with some friends from school. It is 12 weeks long and the person that has lost the most body fat % at the end wins. I am Currently doing 30 min. on the elliptical machine then 30 min weights followed by 30 min. of swimming 5 days a week. But I am not sure how many calories I should be eating. I want to lost weight but I don't want to starve my body doing it. We are 3 1/2 weeks into the contest and I have lost 8 pounds but I don't know how much I have gained in muscle. My workouts before this were basicly 30 min. 2 to 3 times a week.
Can anyone give me suggestions on how many calories to be eating as well as how much protein? I am also interested in what the best supplements would be for this kind of a workout.
