Hey everyone, i'm new to this site. I'm looking for a workout buddy-- at least through here.
I'm 5'2'' and 125 lbs.
I don't mind my weight, but i wanna get nice and toned for prom. Can someone give me a good diet/exercise plan, and maybe even buddy up with me? haha.thankssss

It's to much effort to put in just for 1 event and much to ask people here to help with when they see it's all for just a couple of hours of show!
Why not make a lifestyle change that makes you fit and look good forever?
At least you didn't ask for magic in a bottle!

Alright. I don't just want to get thin for prom, i mean i want to get thin for a couple reasons, i want to be healthy, thin, and i need to get in really good condition for a blackbelt test coming up and i have no idea what to do. I have no idea what i'm suposed to eat, and running gets me so tired.

Look in the nutrition thread and look at the stickies for good eats!
If you show some real seriousness I'm sure 1 of the ladies here will help you out on a fitness goal!
