I'd like to cut off my last 20 pounds of noticable flab as quickly as possible. They are stubborn as hell and won't move. I'm contemplating the unthinkable, an all out cardio routine for a 4-6 weeks taking in anywhere between 2000-2500 calories with at least 150 grams of protein.
My specs: 6'3, weighing 207. I've lost 93 pounds.
I know I'll probauly burn quite a bit of muscle mass doing so but I'm really far behind as I wanted to weight about 190lbs by early Novemeber and I don't see that happening. Once the winter hits I'm gonna go all out on building mass.
Can anyone give me some hints and help on droping poundage quickly? I know on all out intense cardio routine will eat at some of my muscle mass I've gained but what would be the extent of the damage if I dropped lifting for 4-6 weeks and went running 6 days a week? Mind you I plan to immediatly afterwards to concentrate on massing.
I'm getting really really anxious to get ready for some more serious massing rather than my weight loss/ +some massing routine I worked out.
