I am a 37 year old man, seriously overweoght and out of shape. I need help with an exersize plan and nutrition.
I am 5"10' and 260lbs. I am looking to loose weight but gain mass. I plan on working out 5 days a week. I am a beginner and haven't touched weights or cardio in sometime.
Sorry, I posted before I finished my question. Can someone recommend a workout schedule (other than the one they gave here)? I would like to break up cardio and weight training (weights = Mon, Wed. and Friday, cardio = Tues & Thurs). But I need the best/complete weight training workout without going overboard and hurting myself. Also, how do I eat and what suppliments should I be taking for best results?
