I'll be on holiday round France with my family this summer for 3 weeks. During that time, other than a bit of running and swimming, it is highly unlikely that i will be able to work out at all, especially not to the level at which i am currently at. As such, i am very anxious about exactly how detrimental this is going to be to all the muscle i've gained. Exactly how far back will 3 weeks no muscle training set me? Oh and we're camping, so there won't be any hotel gyms available. And most gyms don't just let you have a one-off session.
