I started doin them for like month and i think they work real good they give a real good burn and my biceps have grown since i started them. I never did them before cause i thought it was just a waste of time but they work good.

I agree!.. They are great to add into your workouts if you feel that your biceps development has come to a halt. Great shocker for new growth.

I agree because i have just started them about 3 weeks ago and i have went up 5 pounds on curls sence.

21`s is the old way 3 sets of 7 reps in a row = 21 reps try my 21`s,I call them 3ten`s or 10,10,10.
Use any body part. Decide on 3 exercise for the same body part. Like chest " incline db fly`s,incline bb press, cable cross over. Do 10 reps of each in a row then take 30 to 45 second rest and pyramid .An other way is to use let say a seated rows machine place the pin on let see 70# do 10 reps have your partener change the pin to 90# do 10 reps then your partener change the pin to 80# do 10 reps no rest in between you don`t have to do this in this order use 3 different weight and mix match.Pyramid for 4 to 5 sets.Very good for weak point training.Please for advance only. They work great.Good luck!
