Got in a nice upper body workout today.

Hammer Strength Incline Bench
Flat Dumbell Bench
Barbell Bent over Rows
Life Fitness Pull Downs
Seated Dumbell Press
Life Fitness Lat Raise
Hammer Strength Ab Crunch
Handing Knee Raise

Overall Good workout.  Looking forward to sticking with it throughout the year.

It's been a while since I posted in here but I've been going strong lifting 3 to 4 days a week.  I have a nice setup in my garage that I'm able to use during Covid, however now that the gym's are openeing, I may find myself back soon.
