is it ok to have one workout in the morning then another one at night in the evening?? I wasn't able to make it to the gym today b/c my car was frozen shut and it was bad weather. so im thinking b/c i wasn't able to do shoulders today do them tomorrow in the morning and do legs at night. is that ok to do?

I would think since they're two completely different body parts - you'd be OK just doing them in together - instead of having to go 2 times.

As long as you mix it with lower and upper body it's not a problem. I sometimes get back to the gym at night to do legs when I know I can not make the gym on my scheduled leg day.

Yeah thats what I was going to do b/c i couldn't go on sunday, and monday the weather was bad (my car door is still frozen shut) so today (tuesday) i kinda wanna catch up. I did shoulders this morning and later tonight i was gonna go back and do legs.
