2 questions about zma? and lats?

how does zma help u? and another thing is there a way to develope your lats fast like in 8 weeks?

I would do bent over barbell rows and dumbell rows. Anything freeweight is better to get faster results. Another good one is seated rows. Be sure to keep your back straight and squeeze at the end of each rep. Don't be like those dudes I see who use a ton of weight and pull the weight with momentum. Use a comfortable amount at first that you can do 10-12 reps. I know nothing about ZMA. One of my buddies took it and he said it sucked. That's the only experience I have with it and it isn't even mine. Try it and see for two months. That should be a good enough period to see results. Maybe even three months. Stay focused. MerlInHog

I got no idea about ZMA or supplements, but I would recommend you do chinups and pullups with varying angles/grips. Theres an articles over at testosterone.net which has a bunch of lat pumping exercises:

In regards to developing your 'lats' are you referring to width or size ???

As far as ZMA goes I tried it and it did nothing for me. You might have results if you try. Your body might respond but mine didn't. As for lats cable pulls in the seated rowing and pull downs to your chest are good for me.
