I'm 17 and have lifted weights for 3 years,I'm 5'10 and 185 lbs I've never worried much about the diet and ive become stronger but body shows no results physically, what would point me in the right direction towards toning up? I've began doing cardio now prior/after workouts, and eating healthier and given up soda and fast food, will this be enough to tone up like im wishing to do?
