anyone in here that has had real good improvements with these ? wat about the abs one? im really interested in it because i have a strong midsection but not abs. please help

I did the 12 week abs program, it starts off easy but gets really tough and it worked really well for me.

I am almost done with my 12 week ab program. I agree with lumina at first i thought the workouts were a breeze but once week 5 comes it gets pretty difficult. but i think it has really helped me so far. i've noticed that my abs are much more defined. I think it has really helped my strength there too.

Wish MY abs routine would even start...am into week 2 of my regular routine and STILL no week1 for ABS WTF?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks...:(
