The programs are great I have seen good results with them. Allot of others here at FT have had the same results.

The 12 week program does not mention (atleast not that I could find) how much resistance to add to each body part every week. I realize this is a subjective thing, but are there some guidelines that should be followed...
e.g. 5-10 lbs per week for larger muscles (legs, back)? Also, should this increase be added to the all 4 sets of an exercise or just the low rep ones?
