Hey I think im going to try and start this soon and I was wondering what are the results some of you guys are getting who have done it or in the process. Also how many days and did you choose beginner/advanced or what? Also are you following the diet plan or just eating whatever.

So anyone please post and throw me a bone here on what to expect and how much my gains will be.

Right now I am

5'6
154 pounds
13" bicep
11" forearm
32" waist
35" chest

So what can I expect if anything at the end of 12 weeks will my arms be bigger will I be just fat or will I be lean and ripped or bulky and brawn. Thanks for the help if you reply.


Also how is this home gym I picked it up today at walmart for 50 bucks and I have about 200 pounds of weights to go w/ it.
