I'm finishing the 12 weeks mass program in this website, and now I see a 2 weeks of rests are coming. Why this two weeks of rests? And after those, What kind of change you suggest me?
I want to know if take this 2 weeks of rests are good enough for me, because I'm the kind of person who get thin if don't work hard the body.
