im in my second week and wow! it tests you. you just eed to follow it closely and the reps will seem low, but do them hard! If it says to do 8 reps, use weight where 9 would be impossible. that is a tip i got from someone else who took this.

Here is a tip. Find a good partener that can help you progress safely.
If your exercise ask for 8 reps use a weight that when you get to 6 reps you want to quit but your partener push you to do 8 and always with good form.It is better to do any exercise like example: EZ-bar curl with 80 pounds for so many reps with good form than to try to do 90 or 95 pound with sloppy form. When you can do all your reps with good form then increase the weight by 5% to 15% depending of the exercise but always with good form then you will see great improuvement.I would say that 90% of people working out in gym workout with less than good form. In my book good form take over poundage .
