12 week ab training program

I had a question regarding the 12 week ab training program. What do I do after I have completed it. Do I continue with the same routine that I did in the last week or do modify somehow. I am pleased with the results, but I don't want to lose them.

In my train of thought, continue with it. I maybe wrong but I would think that if you continued with it that you'd maintain it.
