I've been following my program religiously for 7 weeks now and everything is toning up nicely....except my stomach. I can't shift the fat. I quit smoking a week before I started my program and now feel fitter and better than ever. I can't recommend it enough... but since quitting the weight (not the good weight either!)has kept going even though I am working out. Any tips out there for reducing this weight....and no I am not smoking again! Dan

I know the problem. I gave up smoking 2.5 years ago.I went to the gym 3 times a week and on the other four days I cycled for at least one hour. Still I gained about 10 kg in a year.Afther that my weight got more stable again. So I think you will just have to be patient and not worry about your weight to much. At the moment I am 1.84m and 92 kg but I am stronger and fitter as I have ever been and will not start smoking ever again.

Viper...when I was losing weight I found that Id drop weight the body would adjust little flabby looking then it would tone....then the process would happen again. I know so many people have told me to do cardio. Ive been doing 45 mins cardio......doing different kinds of situps to firm. My son is a catcher in college.....he runs to keep the fat off his abs and stomach. It works!!! He runs about a mile or two and then does some sprints. The trainers have been telling me cardio...burns fat. Of course thats if youre eating and working out. Good luck with the NO SMOKING. Ive never done that but so many friends have quit. Good luck with the shifting of the tummy :)
