feeling the burn

Today is the fourth day of the new training program I got online. Wow, Im so sore. Every part of my body worked thus has been challenged. I LOVE IT. My routine for the past two years wasnt getting me there. Amazing how the change of exercise can feel like the first time in the gym. I am finding that I still feel like a klutz with some of the movements. I took advise and worked through it and asked for some help in the gym. Great week so far. Thanks for everyones comments. Still working on the eating thing. Bored with what Im doing now. Chicken, chicken, chicken...oh and lettuce lettuce lettuce........okay not that bad but almost. Im also floating in a stream of water...actually Im peeing like a racehorse. 1 gal of water. My waterbill is going to be off the charts...........:)

I remember just starting to drink a gallon of water a day. The bathroom and I were starting to have a really nice relationship.
If I remember right it took me about a week or two to get used to it. The bathroom misses me but I sure do not miss it.
