I am in week 5 of the 12 week abs here and I do not have one of these benches, but I would like to come as close as I can to the area worked. If I substitute with leg raises is that good enough. As I have never tried this type of excercise I am unsure of the target area I am guessing at lower to mid ab is this correct? all suggestions appreciated
