I checked out the site and I just want to know the best way to get results with the very simple barbell curls. I have been doing them with the slighty bent bars instead of the straight bars. I have sort of an inner grip but I wonder if a slighty wider grip is better to get results. Which one is better guys? Hope you can help! Chris
have your arms parallel to each other, elbows at your sides at all time. knees slightly bent to relieve stress from your lower back. dont swing the weight up. and remember, at the top of the movement contract your biceps as hard as you can. and a little extra, have a spotter help you out when you cant do anymore to get in the full required number of reps given to you by your FT program, if you have one.
