I've been a member of my Gym for just 2 weeks and i've already had 2 injuries.
What am i doing you ask? lifting too much? overtraining? poor form?
Worse =(
First one was running into the gym from my car while it was raining, i hurdled a low barrier (hey i competed in the hurdles at the English national athletics champs) and um... didn't hurdle it. Say hellow to a bashed bruised and bleeding shin =(
Then yesterday i went to put my wallet in my bag which was in my locker and i manage to bash my head on the hinge of the door. I have grade 1 shaved hair. Now i have a nice bloody gash showing to the world and had to do my workout dabbing my skull every few mins.
Of cause if anyone asks "i did them at the gym" *cough cough*

Man thats tough luck, hope it gets better along with your injuries.

or maybe you shoudl wear shin guards and a helmet when you got the gym....LOL. Listen, we all have days like that. One day I was at work and was dropping everything, my drink, papers, ect........JUST ONE OF THOSE DAYS!...... Good Luck! Atleast you weren't that guy i saw tumble off the treadmill. He balled up into a pretzel against the glass after taking a spill!

Sorry, but I had to really laugh at that one. Just a few clumsy days. It happens to the best of us. Maybe working out will give you some more coordination..lol
