hey, i have a prblem. when i do dips behind the back it hurts my right wrist alot so after 15 i have to quit. Like it husrt too much its feels like its gonna break of, but my left one is fine. What other replacements for this is there?
Also when i try and do the seated twist for abs, i dont feel the burn or anything so i dont bother. Can someone explain this in detail on how to do it, and if i just do crunches and leg raises with i get a six pack?
..for dips behind the back.. a good replacement to hit the same area of the triceps are close-grip-bench presses. They also hit the area around your elbow and are a basic mass movement.
..some people don't feel seated twists.. sometimes one needs to develop these muscles first to feel them work. Try twisting crunches or hanging twisted leg raises.
Good Luck
