Hey i'm on a cutting prog right now, and I was wondering which one would be better, I'm currently weighing abou 150 pounds, 1. Eat 5 meals a day totalling 1500 calories, or 2. Eat 6 meals a day totalling 1800 calories. I find myself hungry throughout the day so I kinda want to have 6 meals a day at 1800. Which is better to do?
I believe it would depend on how much cardio you do too? If you do cardio at least 3 times a week for about 45 minutes each you should be fine. What does everybody else think?
