Hi everyone,
Just joined and I've done a few searches here, and can't find what I'm looking for. I'm 5'3, 133lbs, my daily calorie intake is 1772. I'm just starting the Weight Loss & Definition Training program. Lifiting three times a week, cardio 4 times. Do I aim for this amount of calories or decrease it to lose body fat? The lowest I can go is 1345 calories before my body goes into starvation mode.

What does ft recommend (in the nutrition section) as far as total calories?

The nutrition section says the following:
Cals: 1772 Protien:133 Fats: 22 Carbs: 266

Then you should use 1,772 as your base. Adjust by 250 calories in the coming weeks if you are not getting the desired results.

does anyone know how many calorie I should be eating, I'm 5'6 100lbs I work out 3-4 times a week, I am confused, does anyone know?
