i just joined a few days ago and i was just wondering how to use the nutrition tracker. any help will be great. thanks

Just fill in what you eat and it will let you know how many carbs/proteins/calories you have eaten for the week. Some foods are not in there so you just have to find what is closest to your nutritional values. It may take awhile so just play around with it.
