i changed my ft plan from progressive gain to weight loss and defintion because i want all the fat off but i'm a bit confused here ,they planed me a chest work out of only 8 sets a week !! wouldn't that help build up fat and they didn't mention anything about weights ,if i used moderate weights like i should but for only 8 reps(ike it sais in the chart) would that do any good at all ? and finally and please bare with me ,i'm 173 cm tall and i weigh 71.5 kg ,is it right to choose the defintion work out plan in the first place cuz everybody keeps telling me not to ?!
