I am new to FT and it's actually one of the best site I have ever come across. VERY ORGANIZED & INFORMATIVE though I did come across some problems.
My problem is, I can't afford to go to a Gym due to being unemployed.
But I seriously would like to work out at home. For a beginner I chose 2 days a week, is that good enough?
1. I want to work on my waist, is there any specific exercise I can do for that and how long?
2. My stomach, I just want it to be flat again. I know crunches but I am a beginner and how many I shoul do per/day. Also, I like to know the "RIGHT" way to do it.
3. My inner theighs, what exercises will work best? 4. And lastly my Arm.
Thank you in advance.

1. A good diet and cardio will help you lose around this area.. you can ask but the common answer is cardio and a good diet (ft nutrition section) as you can't spot reduce w/ situps/twists/etc... 2. Follow the amount of crunches/other ab exercises to help build up your abs and when you lower your bf% with a good diet you'll see that six you worked up... or even better you can use the 12 week ab program.. supposed to work wonders with a good diet.. a member called jnelle is in the middle of it right now as well as other members and they could tell you about how well it works... 3. I'm not too sure.. not too big on legs but i'd say some abduction (or was that adduction?) exercises... a member named philla is pretty hardcore on her legs.. i would assume you could pm her if she never responds to this... 4. What part of your arm?.. biceps.. triceps.. forearm?.. there are loads of good bicep workouts.. I like the one that comes on an 8 week mass program but still there are other recent threads covering things like triceps and forearms... poke around
I know I mentioned weighted stuff and that you can't goto a gym.. 2 days a week ->I<- think is good to ease into a good workout rather than going all out then quitting because its 'too much'... but you could maybe up it a little and try the home exercise program (I assume thats what you signed up for anyway?)... being unemployed is tuff but hey there are cheap weights all over.. I got my 140lb weight set.. that had a 20lb bar.. and 2 spinlock bars.. for $20.. ya it was all plastic and cheap metal.. (the weights are filled w/ cement or something?) but that was on sale and I think the normal price of them was about $40... save a little per week and $40 should be a piece of cake.. and worth it for the large range of exercises you can get out of them...

You can't just train one part of your body and expect good results. You need to an all over body workout especially once it comes to abs. If you stick to the program fit gives you, you will see results in no time. You can choose to use only free weights or choose the home workout. If it comes up with an exercise you can't perform because of equipment, you can go to the target exercise link at the top of the page and choose another exercise for that muscle group. hope this helps.

Also, training under 3 days per week may not yield you the results you want.
Good luck!
