Many people ask this question. Well this depends on your fitness goals that you want to reach.
The answer for people who want to loose weight:
Morning would be the best time to work out. Why you ask? Theory says that after 4 HOURS of not eating, it will turn your stomach into starvation mode. This is bad right? Well it depends. If you skip dinner and then the next morning have a big breakfast; ok yea that is bad. If you don't eat food for a period of 4 hours or more your body starts craving and panacking for food. It will use every single little food you eat and turn it to fat. This is bad right? Yes it is but don't use this method....try this one: Eat a regular dinner in the evening, and have a good nights sleep. Then when you wakeup in the morning do your workout whatever it might be BEFORE YOU EAT ANYTHING. "But Tiffany, how does this work?" It's quite simple. Since your body has been sleeping for about 8 hours, it already in the process of digesting your food. Which means all of your carbs (energy source) Is completely useless for your workout in the morning..and since your not eating breakfast either before your workout, that means that there is no big source of carbs in your workout. WHICH MEANS INSTEAD OF BURNING OFF CARBS, YOU WILL BE BURNING OFF FAT INSTEAD!!!! when there is no source of eatin-energy left in the body, then it will go and start burning away your fat. AND NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE BURNING FAT, BUT ALSO YOU WILL RAISE YOUR MATABOLSIM SO THAT YOU WILL BE BURNING FAT ALL DAY!!!! sounds fun huh? try it!!!
For the people who want to loose weight n gain muscle
Do the same exact thing as the above but invlove weight training in your workout. If you don't then your body will start to take away the muscule as well. So keep at it!
For the people who wish not to loose fat but gain muscle
Ah yes, many of those strength trainer dudes out there. yes I know at one point or another your afraid that your gonna loose weight which could lead to loosing muscle. You wanna be big n mass right? Uh-huh I knew it:) Here's my suggestion Do workouts in the evening. Get plently of rest the nest before and eat plenty of protein during the day to help out and maintain your big 'guns' Then about 1-2 BEFORE your workout eat 2 foods that are HIGH in carbs. Such as 1 serving of pasta and a piece of fruit. This will give you energy for your workout. Ok your probably thinking...what does this have to do about NOT loosing weight? well here it is: Since you have a high source of carbs in your body, when you workout, instead of your body burning off the fat (which you had no carbs ) YOU WILL BE BURNING OFF THE CARBS (the energy you have when u ate that yummy pasta) So not only will u have energy to help you put 100% effort in your workout, but also you won't have to be afraid anylonger of loosing weight...sounds even more fun? Try it!!!
Yea so heres so good tips lol goodluck!
