How much weight should I lift

I print out the workout for a week, but how do I caculate how much weight I should life each time?

Welcome to ft, Jack! You'll have to experiment with the weights. Since you're a beginner, don't go too heavy. Just put on enough weights to be able to complete the recommended number of reps. Concentrate on good form and contract the target muscle at the top of each movement. And don't worry, the soreness won't last too long...
