i am trying to lose weight, and on my personalized nutrition center page, in the space where it breaks down how many carbs, proteins, and fats i need, it says, ".. maximum 10% variance is acceptable." what does this mean? i am new here and would like 2 start off correctly.

It means 10% plus or minus the values ft has provided for your fat, carb, protein, calories daily intake
