Unfortunately I work in a cell phone store where I sit on my ass on a stool all day everyday. Of course I stand up and walk around whenever I can, but I pretty much have to SIT here most of the day. Supposedly STANDING in one place for long periods can be harmful -(hemorroids, vericose veins, etc.) Does anyone know of any exercises I can do from behind my little glass counter? (without causing a scene). Like maybe some butt clinches(is that a real word?) or maybe even a few sets of eyelid lifts?
I wouldn't call then exercises but you can shake your body and do some stretching or move around.. not much you can do though.... I've been there % know how it is
